Moving sections

When you're drafting your form content, at times you may notice you actually wanted to have a different order or structure when asking big packages like information, like whole sections. Avela makes this really easy by enabling moving entire sections while drafting!

How to move sections

1. Locate the section you want to move, and identify before which section you want it to go.
2. Click "Move section". 

3. A selection list will pop up to let you pick before which section it should be moved to. If your form is very long, you may have several sections - feel free to type to search the one you're looking for.

Some caveats

In order for the logic you set to work, there are some restrictions - and the form will let you know about this when you Check for errors - to keep in mind.

• If you have a Ranking section, there must be a Pre-ranking section before it - no other section type is allowed. This is to ensure eligibility logic works correctly.
• Sections containing questions that reveal other questions in a later section must be placed anywhere before that section - they cannot be placed after the question they reveal. This is to ensure conditional logic works correctly.
• Disclaimer sections must be placed last
