Logging in with phone number

Parents can navigate to the login with phone number by navigating to the login page and entering in their phone number.

When a valid phone number is entered, a parent will receive a text message. The text message can take a few minutes to be sent. This text message will change depending on the state of the parent account:

• If the parent already has an account, they will receive a text message to login
• If the parent does not have an account, they will receive a text message to sign up for a new account

Logging in with email address

Parents can login using an email address by entering a valid email address and a password on the login with email page.

If an invalid email is entered, an error will displayed.

If a valid email address is entered, but the entered password is not correct for the entered email, the same error will be displayed. It will also be displayed if an email not in the database is entered.

If everything is entered correctly and matches an account in our database, the parent will be directed to their dashboard.
