Landing Page

Give families and staff a warm, on-brand welcome - before they even log in. The Landing Page is a customizable homepage for your organization that greets visitors, points them to the right login or sign-up flow, and shares any extra info you want them to see first.

Where to find it

1. Go to Settings > Tools.
2. Turn on Landing page under "Landing page and login methods."
3. Click Set up landing page to open the editor.

Once enabled, this page becomes your organization's homepage - anyone visiting your site's root URL will land here instead of going straight to a login screen.

See your changes as you make them

The editor shows a live preview right next to your settings, so you'll always know exactly what families and staff will see. Toggle between Desktop and Mobile views to make sure your page looks great on any device - no guessing, and no publishing just to check.

What you can customize

Banner (optional)
Add an eye-catching image with a headline and short message at the top of the page - great for a welcome message, a seasonal announcement, or highlighting an important deadline.

Family welcome card
Give families a title, a short description, and up to a few buttons or links pointing to what they need most - logging in, signing up, or looking up an existing account. Prefer a custom message instead? Add your own text.

Staff welcome card
The same idea, tailored for your team - a quick description and a button straight to the staff login, or your own custom content.

Additional content (optional)
Add one more section at the bottom of the page for anything else your visitors should know - office hours, contact info, program reminders, you name it. This is a rich text editor - so you have a lot more flexibility regarding what you can do with it!

Share your page

Once you're happy with how it looks, hit Update to save. From the Landing Page settings, use:
- Copy URL to grab the link and share it anywhere
- Visit to open your live landing page in a new tab!

A few good things to know

- Titles can be up to 35 characters, descriptions up to 250, and button text up to 20 - the editor will let you know if you're getting close to the limit.
- Turn the Banner or Additional content sections off anytime without losing what you've written - your content is saved even when hidden.
