Viewing & modifying roles

As an Organization owner, you can see everyone’s information by going to the Teams & Members page.

In the Teams & members page, you can see all Members and their information as well as all Teams

You can also see the places that someone with an Institution-based role is assigned to. This can help to quickly understand what they can see.

In the above example, the Institutions are schools - so the Schools column in the Members list helps see at a glance, who has access to what.

Click on a Member to modify their profile, allowing you to change their Role, Team, and places they’re assigned to. See How do I modify a Member?
