Viewing & modifying roles

As an Organization owner, you can see everyone’s information by going to the Teams & members page.

In Teams & members, you can see all Members and their information across all Teams. 

You can also see the places that someone with an Institution-based role is assigned to. This can help you quickly understand what they can see.

In the above example, the Institutions are schools so the Schools column shows at a glance which members have access to which schools. 

Click on a Member to modify their profile. You can change their Role, Team, and places they’re assigned to.
