Teams are very flexible and Organizations can be structured in many different ways. For example, you may want the fields and sections of a form to be editable by Team A, while another set of fields and sections are editable by Team B, while maybe Team C has access to edit every single field on the form. Up to you!
Combine Teams with Current & Applying students for even more granular control over access and permissions.
Other ways of organizing Staff in Teams:
Owners Team:
- Permissions to see and change everything.
- Can take any action.
Team oranges:
- Permissions to see and edit all Students, Guardians, and their Forms - but nothing else.
- Can make offers, verify forms, send messages, update statuses and next steps!
Team apples:
- Permissions to see Current and Applying Students, Guardians and their forms
- Can only edit Current student forms
- Can take only some actions within what they can edit - send messages, edit only specific sections of the forms.
Team pears:
- Permissions to see all Students, Guardians, their Forms, Messages, Enrollment periods, Schools
- Can only edit Section Pears in a form
- Can make offers, verify forms, send messages, update statuses and next steps
