What is Avela Intelligence?

Avela intelligence is the AI-powered capability within Avela that helps automate and streamline your workflows - so that people can focus on what matters, and spend less time on tasks that can easily be tackled by AI. 

How does Avela intelligence work?

It currently uses Anthropic via AWS Bedrock, meaning all processing happens within the same AWS infrastructure that hosts Avela - no data leaves the system. This is also why Avela's documents, messages, and processes are never used to train external AI models, which allows us to remain compliant with our security and privacy certifications.
