While Avela offers powerful filtering capabilities, there may be times when you have identified some form responses you want to take particular action on, and it might just be faster to load those up than trying to use the filters. Staff with organization-level permissions can bulk import a list of form responses to take any bulk action on, including:
- Messaging
- Verifying
- Changing status
- Updating the status description
- Applying or removing tags
- Taking lottery and offer related actions
- Prepare the list, as a CSV file. The list of responses to work with should be formatted as follows:
App ID School ID
- The only two columns that are required are App ID and School ID. They must be named exactly this way.
- The order of the columns does not matter, and any other columns can be in the file as well.
- The file should be saved as a .csv file. You may need to convert the file to plain text if working in Google Sheets, and then download as a .csv file if you are having difficulties with the import. Here's a look of how to do that:
2. Import the selection list, by going to the form that houses those responses. Click "Import", then "Selection list":
