Exporting Forms

As all of our exports, a list of all or a segment of Forms can be exported from Avela as a CSV file- which you can use in Excel, or import into Google sheets, if you’d like to apply any additional filtering, segmenting, reporting or transformations to your data.

1. Go to the form you’d like to export
   
   
   
   
2. Select records you’d like to export
   Choose the amount of data you’d like to export
   - Everything
   - The results of a particular search or filter
   
   

   
   
   

3. Click Export
   
   
   
   
4. Indicate if you’d like an Express or Custom export
   
   
   Express export will process the file immediately
   Custom export allows you additional settings, depending on your authorization:
   
   
   • • Name of export
     • Uploading it to an SFTP
     • Scheduling it to download later
     • Repeat the download on a given schedule
       • Daily
       • Weekly
       • Monthly
