Archiving lets you remove a team member's access to your organization without losing their history. You can restore access at any time by unarchiving them.
What happens when you archive a team member
When you archive a team member:
- They can no longer log in or reset their password. This applies even if they were invited but never logged in.
- They move from the Members tab to the Archived members tab.
- You can't change their team assignments while they're archived.
- Their history stays in your organization. Archiving does not delete the person or their record.
- Their email address can't be used to create a new team member until you unarchive them.

- Select the team member you want to restore.

- In the confirmation window, select Yes, unarchive.

Troubleshooting
"A team member with this email address already exists"
If you see this message while creating a team member, the email address belongs to someone you've already archived. To give that person access again, unarchive their existing record instead of creating a new team member.
